We begin by carrying out an initial assessment in your home to meet in person and to go through all the specifics for your regular cleaning plan and ensure all dos and don’ts are recorded. We emphasise on our clients to tell us even about the little niggly things as we believe the small things matter.
We understand not everyone is suitable for your home so it is important to us that we meet with you in your home to ensure we place the right member of our team to your home.
We aim to ensure all our clients are satisfied but in the event, that you are not 100% satisfied we will come back at your convenience or at our next visit we will spend extra time free of charge to ensure you are totally satisfied.
